JuraSMM is a social media management platform that provides:

• Publishing content to Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, and other platforms.
• Monitoring news feeds and RSS sources.
• Scheduling and automating publications.
• Media content management.

3. Account

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your credentials (login and password) secure.
• All actions performed in your account.
• Accuracy of the information you provide.

Report any unauthorized access to support@jurasmm.com immediately.

4. Acceptable Use

When using the Service, you may not:

• Publish content that violates laws or third-party rights.
• Distribute spam, malware, or misleading content.
• Violate the terms of third-party platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, etc.).
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the Service.

Violations may result in account suspension.

5. Third-Party Integrations

By connecting third-party platforms, you agree to their terms. We are not responsible for API changes, suspensions, or restrictions on third-party platforms.

6. Intellectual Property

Content you publish through the Service remains your property. The Service's software and design are our intellectual property.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and are not liable for losses from use of the Service or third-party platform actions.

You may delete your account and data at any time. See our Data Deletion Policy.
