JuraSMM ("Service", "we") is a social media management platform. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.

2. Data We Collect

Account data: name, email, password (encrypted).
Workspace data: name, timezone, settings.
Integration tokens: access to Facebook, Instagram, Telegram that you provide.
Content: posts, media files, and texts created through the Service.
Technical data: IP address, browser, session time.

3. How We Use Data

Providing Service features: publishing posts, monitoring feeds, scheduling.
Authentication and account security.
Improving the Service and fixing errors.

We do not sell your data to third parties or use it for advertising.

4. Social Network Data (Meta / Facebook / Instagram)

When connecting Facebook or Instagram, we receive access tokens to publish content on your behalf. We:

Store tokens in encrypted form.
Use them solely to publish content per your instructions.
Do not share tokens with third parties.
Delete tokens when an integration or account is removed.

We use Facebook and Instagram APIs in accordance with Meta Platform Terms.

5. Data Storage

Data is stored on secured servers. Media files from Telegram are kept for no more than 30 days and deleted automatically.

6. Your Rights

Access your data.
Correct inaccurate data.
Delete your data — see Data Deletion Policy.
Revoke integration access via account settings.

7. Cookies

The Service uses session cookies for authentication only. No advertising or analytics cookies are used.

8. Policy Changes

We may update this Policy. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
